• WEBER GBS POULTRY ROASTER

The Weber Original Gourmet BBQ System has been developed by Weber to expand the options for the ways in which you can use a Weber gas or charcoal barbecue.

The Original GBS cooking grate is now standard on many Weber grills, both charcoal and gas, or are available to retro-fit a Weber barbecue. The GBS can be used in the usual way or can have the 30cm central section removed to insert a wok, sear grate, griddle, pizza stone or poultry roaster.

The Weber Original GBS Poultry Roaster has been designed as part of the Gourmet Barbecue System to maximise the flavour of roasted chickens when cooked on a barbecue with cut out holes allowing heat to penetrate and fat to escape.
