ABOUT – KRUG GRANDE CUVEE 170TH EDITIOJ CHAMPAGNE 75CL

This Champagne, as with all Krug editions, will continue to gain excellence with time. This edition has already spent seven years in Krug cellars and the composition of 51% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay and 11% Meunier gives this wine its distinct expression and elegance. Krug Grande Cuvée 170th Edition was composed around the 2014 vintage, and the final blend includes 45% of reserve wines from the House’s extensive collection. This ensures this new edition offers the breadth, depth, and complexity for which Krug is renowned.

TASTING NOTES:

Floral aromas on the nose complemented by ripe, dried and citrus fruits alongside marzipan and hints of gingerbread. The palate is full-bodied with grilled notes, dried fruits, quince, lemon and toasted almonds.
