All funds raised (sold out total = £20,000) goes into our toy buying fund for local Torbay kids who’s parents are in a tough position and struggle to afford Xmas.
We’ve raised £16,500 from our own pockets by pledging 10p from every main prize ticket sold over the last couple of weeks (21st November to 4th December – 163,439 tickets sold)
Any funds raised from this will add to that total and help to make more children happy on Xmas day.
We’ve teamed up with a local charity and Torbay Council to help as many kids as possible this Xmas.
We have a list of the most in need children from at least 14 schools. Currently standing at 525 children.
There are 7000 children in Torbay living in poverty, one of the highest numbers in the country for an area of this size.
UPDATES AS WE GO:
We cleared out Barnardo’s children’s charity shop in Livermead (Torquay) of all their brand new toys and stocking fillers. A double edged sword … spending for kids at a place that supports kids.
Ricc at Stoked Fashion store in Paignton donated (for free) a load of Vans hoodies and Hype kids clothing – thank you!
The Toy Drive just took a mega step forward Huge thanks to The Entertainer Toy Store and The Entertainer Torquay who have pledged 20% on top of whatever we spend with them And want to work with us next year to make this bigger and go National!
Just loaded a gift card with the first £20,000 to spend on Monday … and they’ve given us £24,000 in total
WHAT WILL FUNDS RAISED BE SPENT ON?
We’ll be present shopping up to the 14th December then having a mass wrapping evening on the 14th December.
From 6PM on Wednesday 14th Dec we’re inviting any Rev Heads who fancy lending a hand with wrapping to come along to Rev Comps HQ in Paignton and get involved.
All wrapped presents will be dropped to schools before they break up for Xmas. Smiles guaranteed.

We’ve organised a couple local chef’s to do some hot food, a coffee wagon and a DJ so far … depending on how many want to come it could end up being a bit of a Xmas party!
